terrible product, I bought two and my daughter and I hated it -- We trashed both of them --- it did not detangle our hair- She is 13 years old and she hated it-- today is 8/10/17, months after I bought this item -- the company saw my comments and they reached out to me via email to let me know that they saw my review and their policy is 100% satisfaction. They offered to give me the full refund for both brushes- I must say that this is wonderful. I did not reach out to them at all, I did not ask for anything but they saw my comment and they are giving me a full refund-- Thank you very much
