Did not really help. I went to the doctor after having a horribly painful sinus headache. My doctor looked at thee ingredients and said to stop using it. This product will make your sinus worse over time. don't just take my word for it. It says on the box. It comes with a warning. Im glad i stopped using it before becoming dependent on it and making things more worse and painful.
