This is one of the most dangerous cooking tools I have ever tried to use. I am a Chef and this mandolin is the most dangerous one I have ever seen or tried to use. I have cooked professionally for over 30 years and I am the Chef/ owner of 3 very successful restaurants. I can tell you that for a fact that whoever used this poorly designed slicer, would need a trip to the E.R. to get stitches on the first use! This product should be recalled or labeled Hazardous. I NEVER leave reviews, but I feel so strongly that this product is dangerous!!!
