For years, Skechers have been my "go to" shoes, the only ones that allow me to walk with any kind of ease. I have three or four pairs of the original "Go Walk" shoes, and I cherish them because of my limited mobility. However, something changed with the company a while back, and I have been displeased with each pair I have bought since then. A few I returned, but I kept a new "Go Walk" pair even though the size I'd worn for years was now too big for me and the cushioning far less soft. Then I decided to try this style, and I am very disappointed again. There is not any soft cushioning for my painful feet and the soles of the shoes feel hard and slick rather than springy to help me walk. I think that they are no longer made in the US and that I need to choose a new brand of shoes.
