Listing does not state that it cannot be used in the United States. It says multi region. This should be in the heading when it is on the American website. I am irritated, as I bought it as a gift for my German mom who lives in the United States and she can still not play German DVDs on this. By the time I was able to drive it out to her and install it, it was way past the return time. I feel misled by the listing and the short return time.
