Right out of box as installing the top part had broken or defective location for screw to hold the metal piece. Can't return whole item as it's put together which is supposed to just snap but was difficult. Finding the defective part was disappointing. Tried to get it from manufacturer but so far nothing. Amazon made me msg manufacturer and they ignoring me.. bad deal don't buy it. They were won't send bad broken parts. Not Even a response from manufacturer when I used Amazon link to email them.
