It's a nice bag, but when I looked very closely at it, I am convinced it is not genuine leather, even though the description says "cowhide leather". The inside of the bag looks like suede, but on close examination it is a woven cloth. I can see the weave of the threads making the fabric. This fabric is woven and finished to make it look like suede. Also, why do the cut edges of this "leather" have that weird fused/melted finish to them, the same edge finish I see on "vegan leather" bags I have found in stores? Have you ever seen genuine leather finished like that? It is disappointing that Amazon is selling a bag described as a cowhide leather when clearly it is not. I am returning it. It is definitely not worth the money I paid for it. I am adding photos so buyers can see what I have described.
