The 1 Star rating is for the very shady business practices by Supersmile customer support. I purposely signed up for *only* the 30-day trial and specifically selected the non-recurring option. To my surprise however what do I see on my bill the next month. Yes, a new charge of $40+ dollars. The guy who answered my call into their customer service (once he got through trying to give me his sales pitch) told me that I selected the auto-renew option and that it was higher than the normal $29.95 because shipping was included.. I knew 100% that I didn't select the renew option but he insisted so instead of going nowhere by arguing I said, OK mister then go ahead and re-cancel this then. Again he started on with the sales pitch about how white his teeth were, blah blah and if I just stuck with it... I said look man, its not for me..cancel this please. He agreed - but in the back of my mind I could tell he was giving me the runaround. So here I sit now with my 3rd box being delivered and still charging my bank account. I am unable to stop due to Supersmile ignoring repeated requests via calls to their customer support. So I hope this serves as a warning to those thinking about buying - watch your account closely for recurring charges.
