This product is basically a hollow metal tube with two rubber caps poorly glued into the ends. Mine arrived with one cap already detached and loose in the box. The other cap was barely halfway attached and fell off with a touch. The glue is either bad to begin with, or this has been sitting in a warehouse long enough for the glue to rot. It has an aged yellow appearance. I shouldn’t have to pull out my own super glue to repair a new item. One end of the rod was also not screwed in completely. Easy fix, but still just means poor assembly / quality control. Not worth returning since I can fix it myself, but I definitely wouldn’t order it again and don’t recommend that anyone does. Choose a different brand.
