Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The table is great. It was exactly what I wanted. My issue is that it wasn't shipped with all the screws needed to secure the adjustable shelf. I just want some new screws sent, but Amazon's only option is to return and replace the entire table. I don't know about you, but the idea of disassembling, shipping, receiving and reassembling a >100 lb table just to get a few screws does not seem worth it. And even with a degree in computer science, I could not figure out how to get Amazon to let me talk about these complaints with a real person. All in all, I would definitely buy the table if I were you, I just wouldn't buy it on Amazon.
