and thanked God this didn't cause something terrible to happen
My 5 year old was using this for his growing pains in his legs when I noticed the control portion of the heating pad started to overheat - too hot to even touch - I get sick to my stomach to think of this starting a fire in my child's bed. Please think twice before purchasing this product - It's dangerous - I put it in the trash immediately, didn't even ask for a refund, and thanked God this didn't cause something terrible to happen.
