SHAMEFUL MISREPRESENTATION!
SHAME ON YOU, LEISURE TIME! for your deceptive practices- labeling your pH up (which is supposed to raise pH and alk) as sodium bicarbonate and your alkalinity up (which is only supposed to raise alk) as sodium hydrogen carbonate is shameful! You know full and well that sodium bicarbonate and sodium hydrogen carbonate are the exact same thing (baking soda)! And, to make matters worse, this substance does NOT significantly change the pH but has substantial changes on the alkalinity. So now I have a spa with alkalinity off the chart and still my pH is too low. True that I wouldn't have been fooled had I remembered a bit more of high school chemistry, but that doesn't justify the misrepresentation of your product. You should label this product as alkalinity up because it is sodium bicarbonate which is the same as sodium hydrogen carbonate which is the same thing as baking soda. IF you want a product that is truly pH up, use sodium carbonate which is soda ash. This product is NOT a true pH up product.
