After One Week One Strap Broke.
Exactly one week after I purchased this, one of the straps broke. I bought size large for a 65 lb, 1 year old Golden Retriever/Lab mix.
I liked the product for the first six days I had it.
I am wondering whether the one I received was just defective? Will the seller replace mine?
