I ordered the KitchenAid Professional 600 series to up my mixing game. I was a little concerned about the excessive grease on all the moving parts and a small scratch, but whatever. I cleaned it up and it was good to go. Then I register it with KitchenAid and find out that it’s been refurbished. Now it makes more sense. I go back and check, and sure enough, nowhere in the description does it say anything about being refurbished. When I pay $400 for a mixer, I expect a NEW $400 mixer.
