This is a picture of our $4,000 Pottery Barn couch. I only mention the cost because we are not the type to spend that kind of money on a couch, but we did because of a unique circumstance. That said, we're extra careful with what we bring around it. The other day we noticed 4 of the most insignificant, almost invisible little dirt marks. They were so tiny we probably didn't need to clean it but because it's such a nice couch we decided to buy some Grandma's Secret Spot Remover, which I had never heard of, but saw the first couple reviews were good on Amazon. We put a single drop or two on the 4 spots and the pictures are the result. It's as if Grandma's Secret Spot Remover is a gag gift and is really a bottle of a liquid that stains. Forget getting a refund on the $12 or $13 the product cost, if we can't get the new giant stains out the product caused we want our couch replaced.
