This company prey in advertising ambiguities
Maybe a good product (I will never know since I decided not to use it) , but from a company engaging in unethical marketing practices. They provide you with a SIM card with a month of service preloaded. Problem is that you will never know how many minutes you bought for those $5. In the activation screen you will learn that there are a series of upgrades available. To obtain unlimited call minutes you will need to pay $10 more. Not a bad overall price, but not what advertised. Once activated, they will ask for a credit card, but the line to enter the security # only takes 3 digits. I always pay with AMEX -the best card ever FOR WE, CUSTOMERS- which have 4digits. So, actually THEY DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS, and they will not tell you that upfront. They are basically making ambiguous advertising to catfish confused customers and cheating instead of allow the customer to form an informed opinion and decision. After more that 40 minutes of holding in line (So WARNING: VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE as well) an overseas customer service representative confirmed to me that they do not accepted American Express. I knew that already, I learned the hard way. I wont use the SIM card because I do not trust companies without ethical compass. Do you?
