DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T find someone else to buy your hair from. You will be sorry if you do, I will NEVER buy from this seller again I will go to YELP and other sites and post BAD REVIEWS on this company I'm not a novice when it comes buying hair on line, I shop faithful at beauty supplies, I tried to do something different this company I chose to give my $180.00 to and was so disappointed. My daughters are very knowledgeable when it comes to buying VIRGIN hair online, I'm sadden they weren't around when I invested my hard earned money in this this messy, smelly, bad grade HAIR. When I received this hair that said BRAZILIAN HUMAN HAIR we noticed the hair wasn't going in one direction but very uneven and short pieces flying everywhere- I'm talking the hair supposed to be a 16 inch some pieces mixed with it was a 12inch much shorter. Not only that, it don't curl at all, please don't buy from this seller or any seller that doesn't have HAIR in their name. I'VE LEARNED my lesson. I contact the seller told them how they misrepresented their product how are u going to advertise curly hair and send me straight then tell me I should have told them. Online we can ONLY see we can't touch or distinguish any other way, we must trust in the person and hope they are good people and will give you what your money paid for. I went to YOUTUBE and looked up this type of hair NOTHING LIKE WHAT I RECEIVE PEOPLE PLSE Research before sending your money to these people who doesn't care about great customer service but want to rip people off. THE HAIR STUNK BACK like a burning tree... OMG... this experience I will learn from. I don't mind paying for good quality things I am a serious hair fanatic searching for a good company who I can trust that has GOOD HAIR for me and my customers. I will not refer this company to anyone. I don't want you to go through this heart break. This hair I have is regular HUMAN HAIR SILKY STRAIGHT not virgin, Brazilian, cuticle THIS COMPANY isn't a hair company I received my product in an old old reused shipping envelop, RED FLAG... I didn't send this hair back because someone said they will not refund you the money although they said they would, I don't trust them, they will get this cheap hair and keep it and my money. I will give it to someone who's not into REMY or Virgin hair - one who just needs some silky straight hair for free. I'm searching now to BUY SOME GOOD and quality hair the REAL Virgin Hair, hopely I can find it place an order today and receive quality hair that will free me from this nightmare. If anyone who reads this brought hair (GOOD HAIR) from a great seller plse send me a message. It's so hard now for me to trust this companies --- wow
