An adult diaper...not a pillow
Such a joke this should be removed from Amazon! Makes me wonder why not a 0 stars option. Irregularly shaped nothing but lumps of unidentifiable masses, covered in paper toweling. See for yourself.
After much fluffing here is what I have...still not 18x18 because of so little loft, and lots of lumps causing the irregular appearance.
