Save your money for another headset. This headsets fault is the product design. The headset is going to break, its poor design puts a lot of stress on flimsy plastic. The sound quality and mic quality are very good for this price range but, this thing is only going to last a short time. Mine broke with in 6 months. $180 for 6 months?? Support is okay at best. Razer support responds to me about once a day, i'm still waiting on a warranty replacement. Razer only offers a refund if you purchase from them and it is within 14 days. They request all kinds of information, some of it from the original packaging. Who keeps the the box?! You can see from the pics, the headband is flimsy and not built for longevity. If you do order this and it breaks or you already have a broken one. The product number is RZ04-01490100-R3U1. You will need that for a warranty replacement, along with you SN and all of the standard name, address, blah blah...
