This is my second air fryer, I loved my first one but it was smaller and not basket style - I found myself using it all the time. I wanted to upgraded to a larger basket style one and found this one. Pros: Large capacity and looks good Cons: The bottom tray does NOT lock into the basket - it just sits in there. Why is this a problem? Say you have some fries or chicken nuggets in there cooking and you want to dump them out into a bowl or plate. The whole bottom tray will fall out - and you try to stop it and you get burnt. So you have to either use tongs/spoon and pick out the food scoop by scoop or hold the tray in and dump the food out - huge issue that defeats the purpose of a basket style. The second big issue is the screen is not very responsive a lot of times. The screen is clean and so are my hands - yet it often takes many presses to change the all touch controls. Stopping the airfryer and changing the temp/time especially are very difficult. I thought I may have gotten a fluke with these two major issues for a well rated airfryer and put in a ticket with Chefman and never heard back (It's been over a month) so I guess they don't stand by their product. I'll eventually look to replace this for another brand that doesn't have these two major flaws.
