Bought it after reading lots of good reviews. Terribly disappointed. Ridiculous of seller. Received the item 5 places crushed . It felt to me that I bought an item from the street. The product good design . Performance is ok . Quality of plastic pipes and connecting tube above average. While using I noticed that on sucking a big object, the air gets sucked in creating a sound due to compression of the aluminum layer .Bought the aluminum thinking it will be thick . No I was terribly wrong . The length of cable is not sufficient, while considering the aspect that it is vacuum cleaner . What is more annoying is that Item was shipped from Amazon Warehouse, with item inspected stickers and good go tick. Amazon is grown big , so poorly their customer handling...
