Big disappointment, I have this device for about 3 weeks, it stopped working after 2 times of use only! The Dyson support is a joke, it takes them forever to respond and after 3 weeks of emails now they asked me to take the device to a service center. I don't have the time to deal with this anymore. returning the device to Amazon. this is not the level of product and service I expected form Dyson...and from $300 product.
