I only took this for 2 days and had such a very bad down 2 days that I had to stop taking them. My bf asked why I was acting so off and was worried about me, he didn't know I was taking these so it was interesting feedback. It made me dizzy and nauseous and depressed AND anxious. Not what I was hoping for... Yikes! Glad it works for others but I am not one of them.
