Once you've crammed this bag full of stuff, it doesn't balance well the way the strap attaches. Chemenway's review showed the strap attaching at the back on one end and the front on the other. That's the way it needs to be to distribute the weight evenly. With both attachments being on the back of the bag, it tilts, plus you get the feeling it will soon tear away from the stress. I didn't pay enough attention to the photos provided by Baggallini. Chemenway's photo also shows an inside hook for attaching keys, which my version didn't have. If you do cram this purse full, it's hard to dig around inside to get to things. Someone said they didn't know what the small zip compartment on the front zipper section was good for. My cell phone fits, but it's a tight fit. If you want to carry a bunch of stuff, get a bigger bag. I'd love to see this exact design, with the corrected strap, about 1 1/2 - 2" larger.
