★★☆☆☆
Does NOT work with most wall mounts including the one advertised with on listing!!
UPDATE: For those of you in the comments that suggested I ordered a previous year's model, or that I was incorrect, here is the evidence. Look at the photos I posted with this review - you will clearly see that you cannot mount install the mounting hardware and plug in the power cord. Second, the model # on the back of the TV I purchased from Amazon (see "Verified Purchase" on my review) shows 42LF5600 on the photo I took. It also shows a manufacture date of March 2015. Simply put, this exact television - the 42" LG 42LF5600 - will not work with the most popular mounting hardware kit it is most often advertised with. And it will most likely not work with the majority of other mounting kits, because many of the inputs, including power, are on the back of the TV in between the mounting screws. -------------------------------- The LG 42LF5600 was advertised as being sold most often with the VideoSecu ML531BE TV Wall Mount. They were even advertised together by Amazon to purchase as a set. I purchased the TV even though there were no photos showing the back or side assuming they must work together if they were sold most often together and advertised as a set by Amazon. Not so. As you can see in the photos both the power cord and the TV inputs are all on the back of the TV -- IN BETWEEN the mounting screws! If you plan on mounting this TV, think again. Even with a mount that has two vertical bars instead of the "X" type mount, the cables will be in the way. This is really just a bad design. In addition, the two top mounting holes are recessed almost an entire inch, at an angle. Even if the inputs were on the side, the mounting hardware didn't come with enough spacers or screws long enough to make it work. I returned the TV after looking for another mount that might work and not finding anything. Bottom line, if you're going to mount a TV to a stand or the wall, this is NOT the TV for you. If you're just going to use the included feet, then disregard this review.
