DO NOT ORDER YET! Until the kinks are worked out with the screen. Please check out my photos. On the right hand side by the buttons, the screen is all splotchy. It is very distracting when you read. I called and had a replacement sent. The new one came today, and it has the exact same issue. Not the product is on backorder for 2 - 3 months. Lets hope it is because they are fixing the screen. I then asked for a refund on my device, and I would return the second one. Amazon customer service said they would process the refund but they could not refund the tax. What??? They send me a defective device and I am not getting a full refund? This is an expensive e-reader, and they did not get it right. Big fail. So disappointed in Amazon. I attached two photos. One in lower light and one in brighter light, so it does not matter what setting you have it on. Hopefully this 3 month set back is them trying to resolve the screen issue.
