I bought this shoe for my vacation to Italy.. I have approximately 16 pairs of other Vionics and I love them. The shoe it self is comfortable.. however, the heel folds up as you put your foot in the shoe. I have even tried using a shoe horn.. it rubs on the back of my heals. I have gotten blisters. I would not have been able to return because I bought them in July my trip was the end of September... I’m very disappointed as they were not cheap and I can’t continue to wear them. It would be nice if some type of response is given. I will reconsider buying any more vionics products in the future because of this one pair.
