Sorry, I really wanted to like this product. However, I am diabetic and it shot my blood sugar up. It also was not sealed well and there was leakage when I received it. I did not let that effect my review as that happens sometimes. My lower star review was solely due to the fact that I was expecting a high fiber product that would not effect my blood sugar. I tried it several times under different conditions with the same result so I did give it a fair chance.
