I purchased a variety of products including eye serum, cream, etc. for $375! I then found exactly the same products online for a total of less than half this price. I called customer service and they told me there were no refunds even though all our products were still brand new and unopened. They asked me to send an email with the details of what happened and I did. Of course, they did not even respond. The only phone number I can find for the outlet location in Las Vegas where I purchased has been disconnected. This company uses high pressure sales tactics and dishonest marketing. STAY AWAY from this company and do not support dishonest vendors like Gratiae!
