I'm not a big fan of these lip liners. They arrived fast enough and the packaging was decent but I had some issues with them that was really disappointing even for the price. First main issue is with the colors. They are much lighter than expected when you wear them opposed to the color shown on the caps and picture. I had a really hard time matching these colors with any of the lipsticks that I own. For example the darkest brown shown in the picture (055) actually comes off as a pretty bright ruby red, and the red in the picture (058) is a light orange/red. Three of the colors (054, 046, 050) are basically identical pink colors, and 056 & 052 are also identical orange colors. There are zero tans, taupes, or browns in the set which I was expecting based on the picture. There are two colors that I will never ever use because they are bright orange which is not shown in the picture. Second main issue is with the wear. The description says they are waterproof but they smudge really easily. I was able to remove the liner by smudging it with my finger on accident. When I see "waterproof" on a cosmetic product I assume that it will only come off with make-up remover or a make-up wipe and that it won't smudge. The color really doesn't last very long at all when applied. I drank a glass of water and an hour later it was really faded. The pencil glides on really nice, its smooth and stays smooth after application but it needs a lot of touch ups throughout the day. I'm pretty disappointed because I can only really use one or two colors in this set (the darkest brown 055 for my ruby red lipstick, and the darkest pink 059 for my bright pink lipstick.) The other 10 colors are pretty much useless to me. With such a large variety of colors I was hoping to be able to use more of the colors to match what I have already.
