Does not work in the least. It doesn’t not block the sweet taste. It definitely doesn’t help with cravings. And it doesn’t last for three hours. I’m not sure what it does. Very much a waste of money! Update ***Was offered a refund IF I deleted my review! Now I’m being bombarded by emails from the company. I’ve responded and asked them to leave me alone but they keep coming.
