I wanted to like this. I have never written a bad review if it can be avoided, but I don't want someone else to buy this and have the same issues I had. I have very well-kept silver platinum hair. I baby my hair so that I can maintain this extreme color and still have hair that looks healthy. I wanted to try a new sulfate-free shampoo, and this looked like it had good feedback. I used it for a week and noticed how brittle and dry and awful my hair felt. I have actual breakage in places where the hair was previously very strong. I have thick, wavy hair that leans towards coarse without some kind of product, but after switching back to the dregs of my old shampoo tonight, I can unfortunately say that this shampoo was the cause of the issue. My hair is air-drying and once again feels soft and silky, my curls have returned. I will never buy this product again, and I would encourage others to think twice before buying.
