I've never said this about a book before but this should have never been published. The main character talks about wanting a black woman to warm up to her so she "can check the black friend box" then goes on to say a club outfit should be something "that's asking to be date raped" anyone who even thinks these are okay to publish should not be writing for a public audience. The book was a huge disappointment.
