So disappointed. After having to face my wife's ire (says I have to many grills already) for buying the Rambler, it was delivered today. So looking forward to assembling it and firing it up. Upon assembly I find the lid is so warped there is no way It's going to seal enough to control the temperature. Roughly a 5/16 to 3/8 inch gap the whole left side. What? On a pricey portable grill like this? More disappointed...there is no customer service. After several (5) attempts to contact Oklahoma Joe's on the phone I'm giving up. Tired of wasting my time being disconnected after waiting a long time. Will definitely be returning...not sure if I will re purchase. Just got got hung up on for a 6th time after an 11 minute wait. Not happy. Update 07/03/20 Still no contact from Oklahoma Joe's. Wow! Despite this....I can't believe I did it....I ordered another grill. It arrived yesterday. I immediately checked the lid to see if it was flat...it was. I then proceeded to assemble it. Cool...it's good. Haven't cooked on it yet. Can't wait to fire it up. Still pissed at the lack of any customer service. Hoping that the virus is causing them issues....and not because they suck. I will update further after I grill.
