While I like the design and concept, the execution left me cold. They obviously work for many others, given all the positive reviews; but my experience was not favorable at all... One unit was unusable, as the hook insert was installed backwards. Others had thin areas that necked down a lot when stretched. (The photos of the robust looking Hickies are on shoes without a foot in them. When they stretch, they look much different.) Since the upper units were stretched a lot to fit my shoes, they did not look like they would perform over time, so I returned my purchase.
