A picture is worth 1000 words.
Nonstick coating is already flaking off. You will note that the instructions say, "The food basket and basket holder can be cleaned in hot water with mild detergent /dish soap, or in the dishwasher." First few times I hand washed by hand and when I used the dishwasher.......BAM! (ie. nonstick comes off, SEE ATTACHED PHOTO)
