Unit defective. Will not charge. The charge light and status light for about 10 seconds, then they shut off. I sent an email directly to Fiona as directed on the card enclosed with the unit, with a video of the defect, however a week later I have received NO RESPONSE. I was excited about this product as I wanted to take it out with me on my boat as a backup, as the battery in my boat is sometimes worn down by having to continuously start an engine that has been having some issues recently and stalling. I would like a replacement ASAP as I need it to go on the boat... I'm attempting to upload the video of defect here as well.
