Unfortunately, product volume is totally inconsistent. Built was well aware of the problem and claimed it would be corrected by their change to fully automated production and relaunch of the product. However, about 2/3 of my last five boxes of the new bars have been off by as much as 20% - and almost always LESS, not more. I made them aware that the issue persists and was basically told “it is what it is.” It doesn’t sit well with me to be shorted 20% of my product but not be paying 20% less. Sadly, I might be done with Built.
