Creality will NOT provide technical support for their own products...
Pro: Amazon Prime got it to me a day early.
Con: Extruder's stepper motor did not work out of the box. Send Creality an email to try and see if they would like a chance to get it to work. 3 days after i sent the email ( 2 business days ) I finally got a reply to which they wanted my payment info and to confirm that I purchased it ( No mention of anything to do with the paper weight ). Sent them the appropriate information ( within 10 minutes ) and got a reply 24 hours later.. Apparently since I purchased it through amazon I needed to contact Amazon's customer support...
Moral of the story: Creality will not service their own product (bought from their amazon store page).
As for the printer and packaging:
Was packaged fairly well.. was in a box in an over-sized box allowing it to slide around pretty well though.
Assembly was easy although the directions are garbage. Youtube an assembly video if you need help.
Some parts were not the most accurately dimmentioned.. Although nothing that prevented assembly.
Menu is ok to navigate. Although in confirmation to every selection it emits a ridiculously irritating screech of a beep. The screen is an eye sore though.. it was actually painful to look at, not sure why it but it caused the equivalent of a days worth of eye strain in about a minute.
Wire management was not the best, wires run through a section of cut aluminium which I could see cutting through those wires pretty easily if anything pushed against them often enough.
As far as print quality.. never got to test it.. Never could get it to extrude.
