Update: I have just discovered that the Now Liver Detoxifier and Regenerator does have magnesium stearate in it, so now I would not recommend it. I didn't use it for a few days and sometimes I miss a day. The reason I ordered it, was because my Liver enzymes were really high on 9/13/12, my liver enzymes were: ALT (SGPT)- 83 AST (SGOT)- 81 Today I had another blood test and my results were: ALT (SGPT)- 54 AST (SGOT)- 47 That is quite a drop in my liver enzymes and I took three a day, probably for 30 days of taking it, since I didn't start taking it right way and I have missed quite a few days of taking it! I also take 175mg of Milk Thistle, once or twice a day. IT DOES WORK TO DETOXIFY YOUR LIVER! I had another blood test on 01/10/13 and my results were: ALT (SGPT)- 33 AST (SGOT)- 34 I also use Spring Valley Milk Thistle, Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper. This is AWESOME my liver enzymes are back to normal! I would not buy the NOW Foods Liver Detoxifier again, because of the Magnesium Stearate.
