Poor quality, broke within 2 months
What seemed initially to be the best designed paper towel dispenser, sadly was not so. The product lasted 2 months before the plastic piece connecting the arm completely broke. Not the quality I expected or for which I paid. Simple Human can do better. Disappointed by the company and have no way to exchange the broken or faulty product.
