This stuff is not for me. This brand is good and the capsules (well, more like compressed powder) are small. They do start to dissolve and get rough (read: almost choked) if you hesitate at swallowing pills. While I used to think they helped a bit with stress, the biggest difference was actually when I stopped taking them. I became easily irritated and more angry in general. Not worth it for a tiny hint of stress relief. As with any supplement, it won’t work for everyone and take caution even though they are generally safe. My withdrawal anger tendency was real whether it’s common or not.
