Sad how the nut jobs at Paramount have decided to destroy the Trek we used to love.
Those managing the Star Trek franchise today must lead very depressed lives. These new series have little of the optimism for mankind embodied in the original series, ST:TNG and Voyager. It's really depressing to watch a formerly bright, shining, hopefully and really fulfilling series become so dark.
