I purchased this blanket in king size in July 2010, used it for one month during chilly San Francisco summer. Then it got warm. When I tried to use it again in October, both controllers did not work. After great difficulty, I got thru to Perfect Fit Industries, the manufacturer -- they do not answer their 800 # and return emails after weeks of delay, if at all. Perfect Fit sent me ONE controller (both had failed). Several attempts (800 #, email) to get them to send me a 2nd controller have met with no response whatsoever. As I write this in late November, 2010, even though this was a direct sale from Amazon, Amazon has refused to assist me in my attempt to get Perfect Fit to make good on their "5 Year" (ha, ha, bitter laughter) warranty. One month of service and it quits. What a bummer. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
