Overall not impressed with the product and service. It worked great as a non-stick pan for a few month, but the surface starts deteriorating even under normal household use and regular cleaning (and yes, I followed their instructions, no over heating, no spray cooking oil, I never put it in oven even it claims to be oven safe), until it's almost unusable in less than a year. Contacted All Clad for a warranty replacement, like other reviewer said, the request was promptly rejected as "wear and tear". Called again for further explanation, the rep's response was rather rude. For the price, the product and "lifetime warranty" is rather a joke. Stay away
