I bought this ONLY because airtight storage was indicated in the product name. What's fun about this is apparently "airtight" is a term that is up for interpretation not at all defined by actually being able to keep air inside or outside of the container. The lid clasp does absolutely nothing, it locks over the edge of the plastic, when closed it applies no pressure to the lid downward, therefore the lid just lightly sits on top of the container = not at all airtight. I live in an old apartment building and need to prevent mice and bugs from smelling the presence of food, this is not at all the solution that I was looking for. Good job on the misleading information, I have reported the product title to amazon as using phrases like "airtight" isnt just jargon, but actually something that people expect from the product. Be more honest about your products OR actually make an airtight container, your move. I'll be returning this, I can get this quality from my dollar store. Wheels are also terrible quality and don't properly roll when the container is filled with food.
