As others have mentioned, there is a MAJOR flaw in the design of the front wheels. To raise them and make sure they stay in place, the plastic piece that connects the wheels to them was not thought thorough. I mean, how can you make such a product that does not work. I will let the pictures speak for it. Honestly, I'm not sure why others are not complaining about this big issue. I had to basically grab a screw and put it inside the plastic to hold the front tires. Unfortunately it is a fixed height and I can't change it... I got lucky because it cuts the grass at about the right height. Lastly, two of the pictures show you how it will cut the grass because the front wheels literally don't get higher due to the flaw. Don't cut your grass with it. Use my trick to fix this mower.
