I bought this unit in June 2015...and I LOVED it...my only problem is the motor just stopped working out of nowhere. I plugged it in, went to turn it on, and it was like the motor shorted. It's not even a year and half old, and I only use it in my home. Wasn't over used by any means. I have hard wood floors thru out my house, so its not even like I could have over worked it. I tried to go thru amazon to contact the seller, but it won't let me past the first screen. So my only option is to right a bad review :(
