Poor battery life.
UPDATE: Tractive has provided a new unit at no charge to me……battery life is much improved! Location is still a bit off but looking forward to trying this new unit out to see if I can easily find my Wandering Walker. Very impressed with the “new and improved” customer Service….I’m hoping the new unit impresses me as well! The battery last less than 24 hours. Not accurate location either. Poor purchase. Waste of money. Tractive support will not offer any help.
