**EDITED REVIEW**—After posting the initial review below, I was contacted by a company rep via email asking how they could make it better for me. I was initially impressed and was told 1.) They are aware that the machine has a clogging problem but are working on making a tool to help “dig out” the pet hair. 2.) They would give me a replacement machine for free OR 3.) They would give me half of my cost back in an Amazon gift card. I chose to give them another try with a new machine and thanked them for reaching out. I was then told they would send the machine only after I edited my review to one that was positive. Wow. I told them “no thanks.” BUYER BEWARE. I’m now giving the product 1 star due to ridiculously poor customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Once you’ve owned a Dyson, this one won’t come close to performing with the same quality. Trying to save money and was very disappointed in purchasing this. Clogs every time I use it, not very powerful at all, and doesn’t do edges or hard wood well. Spend the extra money and don’t waste time on this one.
